It depends on the house: your current service size, whether the meter base and mast need replacing, whether the panel is moving, and how many existing circuits need correcting. We'll look at it and give you a written, flat price before any work starts — free.
Most residential 200A service changes are a one-day job. We coordinate with AEP for the power cut, swap the meter base and panel, re-terminate circuits, and you're back online by evening. Inspection usually happens within a day or two after.
Yep. Tesla Wall Connector, ChargePoint, Wallbox, Grizzl-E, hardwired or NEMA 14-50 outlet — whatever the car uses. We'll also do the load calculation to make sure your panel can actually handle it.
Not always. Many homes with 200A service can add a Level 2 charger without an upgrade. We run a load calculation first. If your panel can't handle it, we'll walk you through the options — a smaller charger circuit, a load-management device, or a service upgrade.
Yes. Service changes, meter base replacements and mast repairs need AEP to disconnect and reconnect power. We handle that coordination for you so the outage is as short as possible.
Yes. Transfer switches, inlet boxes for portable generators, and wiring for standby generators — so the fridge, furnace and well pump keep running when the power goes out.
Yes. A lot of folks ask. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, swapping outlets, dimmers, smart switches — all the small stuff is fair game. One trip, one price.
For most non-emergency work, same week. For emergency stuff — no power, burning smell, sparking outlets — call and we'll work you in same day if we possibly can.
